BACKGROUND
The Dell Exclusive Stores in India found themselves at a juncture where consistency in their in-store retail experience was lacking. Existing as mere facilitators of purchase, the brand presented no touchpoints for customers to discover, learn, and comprehend products at their own pace in an engaging manner. As the prospect of opening new formats in India emerged, L&F, leveraging the strength of its network and borderless approach, seized the opportunity to craft a seamless experience for Dell.
STORE EXPERIENCE
The Dell Exclusive Store experience was reimagined with a singular focus: to shift from being a purely transactional space to one that invites discovery, interaction, and trust. What once resembled a conventional tech store was transformed into an environment where every element spoke the language of the Dell brand.
Simplicity shaped the store layout. Clear pathways, reduced visual clutter, and intuitive zoning helped streamline the customer journey. Each product category was presented with clarity, enabling customers to navigate effortlessly without feeling overwhelmed. The store acted as a quiet yet effective guide, supporting decision-making at every step.
Key features and benefits were communicated through simple visuals, icons, and concise messaging, allowing even casual browsers to grasp the value and capability of each device with ease.
Together, these elements created a seamless and immersive retail experience. One that did not just showcase products but embodied Dell’s values through form and function. RESULT
Following the success of the 30-store rollout in 2022, Dell has now accelerated its expansion adding an average of 200 new Exclusive Stores every month in 2025. This aggressive pace underscores its commitment to scaling immersive retail experiences.
